Aleksandr Strelkov
Aleksandr is a professional in construction management, civil engineering, and the implementation of modern building technologies. With 24 years of experience, he has successfully led large-scale residential and commercial projects.
One of his most impactful contributions was the implementation of the SIRUS frame system in his own project of an 18-story apartment complex. This innovation reduced construction time by 50%, significantly lowered material and labor costs, and enhanced both the quality and structural stability of the building

Aleksey Konoplev
Aleksey is an expert in the engineering construction field. He is one of the authors of the innovative system “KUB” (SIRUS), Aleksey made the system to be faster, safer and less expensive that is proven by patents and by successful, large-scale projects made all around Russia.
In the span of 20 years in construction, Aleksey designed and co-managed over 500,000 square meters construction projects in total. In his portfolio, he designed modern residential complexes, health centers, multilevel parking lots, and commercial buildings in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk and other big cities.
Being the main engineer and the expert of SIRUS, Aleksey analyzes and optimes project’s decisions. Because of his huge experience and deep understanding of engineering processes his designs differ from others by being more structurally wise and cost efficient.

- Calculating of load-bearing structures (FEM-analysis)

Ekaterina Strelkova

Artem Strelkov
Artem is a representative for his family construction dynasty. He continues the journey of his father Aleksandr and grandfather Viktor Strelkov. In spite of Artem’s youth, he already promoted himself as driven, ambitious, and goal-centered on improving the construction industry with the new innovative system SIRUS.
While being a civil engineering student at Drexel University, Artem combines academic knowledge with the real practice in business and construction. His mission is to incorporate advanced methods from Russia into the United States, to establish partnership with developers, investors and contractors. Artem is driven by the idea of popularizing SIRUS as an innovative standard of high-rise construction.
